    Patricia M. Batih is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, bringing over 20 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance to Mackoul & Associates, Inc. Her career began as a Personal Insurance Underwriter and she later targeted her career path towards sales and marketing. She joined Mackoul & Associates in 2000 and has built her client base by specializing in the insurances for the Real Estate Industry.

    Mrs. Batih is an active member of several professional organization, including the New York Association of Real Estate Managers (NYARM). Patricia also represents Mackoul & Associates as an Industry Partner for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a gifted speaker and has lectured before several professional organizations on vital insurance topics. In addition, she provides educational seminars to property management firms on insurance related issues.

    Mrs. Batih is currently working towards obtaining her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She is married with one child and lives on Long Island.

    Jared A. Mackoul joined Mackoul & Associates, Inc., in June of 2008 and specializes in the insurances for real estate and hospitality risks in the Tri-State area. Mr. Mackoul is a 2003 graduate of Johnson and Wales University, with a double major in Business and Hospitality. He worked in various management positions in the Hyatt Organization from 2002-2005.He also received certification from the Alexander and Schmitt School of Engineering and Loss Control in Yarmouth, Maine in 2005. Prior to joining Mackoul & Associates, he headed the Life Safety and Loss Control Department for New Empire Group, Ltd., a national insurance program administrator specializing in real estate risks.

    Mr. Mackoul brings over a decade of real estate and hospitality expertise to his clients. He is an active member of several professional organizations such as the New York Association of Real Estate Managers (NYARM) and the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.

    Mr. Mackoul is single and lives in Island Park, New York. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys water sports.

    Rebecca has been an insurance advisor for 10 years specializing in employee benefits. She began her career at PHS Health Plans, now called HealthNet Inc., where she held numerous positions until advancing to senior manager of key accounts. HealthNet clients such as Pfizer, Philip Morris and Huntington Hospital were her management responsibility.In 2004, Rebecca joined Health Plan of New York (HIP) as Director of Account Management. There she developed and executed retention and growth strategies for existing accounts. She was instrumental in developing the integration plan for the account management team during the HIP/Vytra merger.

    In November of 2006, Rebecca joined Wall & William and has brought with her the same energy, dedication and expertise that she was renowned for at HIP and HealthNet. Her business philosophy is simple: “Find solutions that lead to successful outcomes for my clients.” Rebecca is married with two children and lives on Long Island.

    Cheryl joined Mackoul & Associates in 1989 as an administrative assistant and over time has become one of the “foundation planks” of Mackoul & Associates. She is a licensed insurance broker and services many of the firm’s larger commercial insurance clients. Cheryl has been recently promoted to Commercial Underwriting Manager because of her committment, diligence and outstanding service to many of our most prominent clients.Cheryl is currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Counselor designation and has also been named “Agency Employee of the Year” on numerous occassions.
