• Property Coverage includes Loss of Business Income (Rents) – Coverage includes improvements and alterations within the unit done by the sponsor.
• Comprehensive General Liability Coverage – Premises Liability, Products & Completed Operations, Contractual Liability, Incidental Medical Malpractice, Host Liquor Liability, Water Damage Legal Limit, Broad Form Property Damage, Personal Injury Liability-Including Libel, Slander, Defamation of Character, False Arrest and Malicious Prosecution.
